An IFAK (individual first aid kit) is an important part of the equipment of every volunteer and Ukrainian defender at the front.
It contains materials necessary for survival, which ensure first aid measures in the event of a threatening injury.
Important components include, for example, a tournequet (critical bleeding), a chest seal (thoracic injuries) or a nasopharyngeal tube (airway protection).
